More willing to pay for connectivity and convenience: Survey













Given the rising cost of car ownership with recent COE (Certificate of Entitlement) exceeding $100,000. As a result, many home buyers are willing to pay more for convenience and connectivity.
There were 1247 respondents took the survey, according to our survey findings, it shows that many respondents identified supermarkets, affordable food as important amenities and also they are willing to increase their housing budget to live within walking distance of an MRT station.
Newly-launch integrated developments like Sky Eden, Piccadilly Grand, Lentor Modern, Midtown Modern, Seng Kang Grand Residence, Pasir Ris 8 are generally well received by buyers.
